By now you’ve probably realized that The Last Echo wasn’t
REALLY the last book in the Body Finder series. (I know, I know, how could
anyone have possibly gotten that idea???) Well, even if the title tricked you into believing that it was the last book, I
promise that there is another…and it’s due to hit stores on April 16th, 2013!
And not only do we have a release date, but we also have a
title.

I’m just gonna let that sink in for a minute.
Okay, so don’t you just love it? I was going to go with the "The Last, Last
Echo" but HarperCollins shot me down.
:) Actually, the title DEAD
SILENCE fits this book extremely well and I’m super excited for next year’s
release date!
You know what else? I’ve seen the cover too, and have I have
to tell you...it’s my favorite of the series. By far! So fitting for this book—I can’t wait to
share it with all of you!!!!

Kimberley, I was at a bookstore at an airport about a year ago, looking around, and The Body Finder caught my eye! I read it just a few days and was completly in love with it, and had to get the next one as soon as possible! And then I read Desires of The Dead, and I had to read on! But was sad when I saw it wasn't out then! And I was at a bookstore a couple weeks back and I asked one of the people at the front if they had The Last Echo. They looked on their bookshelves and they said they they hadn't seen it, but that they'd look in the back. I was so excited when they came out with the book with the purple flower on it in their hand, and as soon as I got home, I started reading all of the books over again! Today, I finished The Last Echo, but was confused. It left suspense, and I knew there had to be another book in this series! I'm so excited for this new book, Dead Silence, And I can't wait!!! These are by far the best books I've ever read!!

So excited with your books. I look for recommendations, from other authors on the back of book jackets to find new authors. I am an avid reader and love this genre. I started with the The body finder series, and anxiously await "Dead Silence". I also try and read Pacific NW. Writers being as that I am from Portland, Or. but live in Tri-Cities WA. KImberly I LOVE the name for the new book. I wanted to ask you if DEAD SILENCE is going to be the last book in the series or if there's one more after this one?
As soon as I saw this I texted my 2 friends who read these book and for WEEKS these books are ALL we talked about for a two 14 year-old's and a 12 year old we got on 3 way and legit flipped out!!!! I am, we are EVERYONE is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOoo excited!!

For those who asked, yes, this is the last book planned for the series, so it was hard to write and even harder to send in :( And, of course, I already miss Violet and Jay!

Oh how could you end it?! I feel like this is the kind of series that could go on for as long as we all want it to...kind of a young Kay Scarpetta type of deal. Feel free to change your mind. Your fans will not complain! :)
