LONDON OR BUST...

I’ve been waiting to announce this for what seems like FOREVER, but it’s finally all official now!  I’m coming to London, baby!!!  And can I just tell you how excited I am?!?!

I will be at Foyles Charing Cross Road store on Saturday, May 12^th at 2:30PM with James Dawson and Tanya Byrne (who I can’t wait to meet!!!).

In case you can’t tell just how excited I am, just notice my crazy use of exclamation points(!!!) throughout...Yes, I’m THAT excited, you guys!!! And here are a few reasons why:

1)   I’ve never been overseas.

2)   My family gets to come with me.    

3)   Two words: British accents. (Anyone who knows me knows that I’ve always wanted one.  They sound very fancy!)

I can’t wait to get to London to sightsee and drink real British tea and eat and sightsee some more and go to the Tower of London and meet the queen (okay, maybe not meet the queen, but pretend I’m meeting the queen!) and see Beefeaters and shop at Harrods and try “bangers and mash” (whatever that is!) and see castles and...yes...I’m crazy excited...

And of course what I’m most excited about is meeting my UK readers...at long last!!!!

So please...please, please, please come and see me if you can. I don’t know when I’ll get another chance like this and I don’t want to miss you guys while I’m in town!!!

And for more events, closer to the US, check out my Events Page, because I totally want to see you guys too...but only if you pretend to have fancy British accents.  (I, of course, won’t need to pretend because I’ll be bringing one back with me from London.)

P.S. I will have nail polish to give away at my Portland (Powell’s) signing on Tuesday, April 24^th and my Official Launch Party signing (Ravenna Third Place Books in Seattle) on Saturday, April 28^th.  I will TRY(!!!) to bring some nail polish to the London signing as well, but I’m still working on the packing / shipping logistics.
