PORTLAND SIGNING CANCELLED!!!

If you live in Portland, you may have noticed that it's snowing in the Northwest. And where I live (in the foothills) it's not only snowy, but it's crazy icy too. And yeah, there's that hill. And the drive home at midnight...on the ice...

Trust me, this decision wasn't easy. I've agonized over it. I've watched every weather report out there, so I've seen the cars spinning out on the ice and the trucks stranded in ditches. Ultimately, being the Northwest driver that I am, I've decided I have to cancel my appearance at tonight's event :(

I feel terrible, I really really do. I'm trying to reschedule now, and will let you know as soon as I have a date for you.

Until then, bundle up and drink lots (and lots) of hot cocoa!

Darn it. You are right though, the weather is bad you should not risk the drive. Hopefully you can come back on a weekend. :)

It's a relief to me cause I REALLY wanted to go but I didn't want to risk it either cause it changes so much from elevations. So you never know what it could be like. Sounds like you guys already got enough to make an informed decision though. It's better safe then sorry! And whenever you do come I'll try my hardest to be there!

I hope I can get this thing rescheduled soon so I can see you guys. And thanks for being cool about it. It's bad enough that I feel guilty, I'd feel worse if you were layin' on the guilt trips ;)

I wondered if you'd make it. It was a bit dicey coming up over the pass from Seaside, but I was thankful Portland was clear.
